I went camping last week and had a wonderful time. However, what I planned to do during my time away was completely different than what I actually did. I brought things to work on and anticipated I would have plenty of time to be productive. But that is NOT what happened. I never even took out my computer. I played, hiked, shopped and ate. I napped. I spent quality time alone as well as with loved ones. I enjoyed every single minute of my vacation. And you know what? It was one of the best vacations I've ever had. Not for any other reason accept that I lived in the moment. There were no “have-to's” or “shoulds” or expectations or guilt. I have no regrets. Amazing. Yes, it was the best vacation ever!!
